Responsibilities:
Planning & monitoring of production operations and drawing up monthly production schedule.
Planning & monitoring the manufacturing Activities of Dies for Forging.
Development of new components and preparing Price Quotes for customers.
Coordination with Atlas Honda vendor development team for the development of new forging parts.
Establishing new production line for auto parts machining.
Leading the team for machining and assembly of steering stem.
Decide and order the required materials and ensure stock levels.
Ensuring cost effective production by optimum utilization of resources.
Responsible for quality control and defect free product.
Responsible for organizing the repair of any damaged equipment with help of teams, suppliers.
